DECK INSPECTION
A study by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) estimated 33,000 people were injured in deck and porch accidents between 2003 and 2007. Of these injuries, approximately 15% were related to structural failure or collapse of the deck or porch.

While deck safety is nothing to take lightly, neither is replacing a structure that needs routine repairs or even mild extensive repairs.  Defects in structures are often inherent to the materials.  Simple well informed and performed maintenance can add many years to a well-built structure.

My service to you is to evaluate your deck to provide you with insight for your planning and comfort with the use of your deck. I am able to coordinate repairs or replacements through one of our Associate Craftsmen builders.
